Choose To Trust

Morning all! Ps 62.8 says: “Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah”

Pouring out our hearts to God takes trust. Not only do we have to trust that He’s listening, we have to believe that He cares about what we have to say and can do something about it. What most of us often forget though, is that trusting God is not a passive activity. It’s something we have to choose to do ‘at all times’. Of course, there are times when trusting God is harder than others but God isn’t asking us to trust Him only when we feel like it. We have to make a conscious decision to trust Him even when things seem impossibly bleak and there’s no rational solution to what we’re facing. Let’s pour out our hearts to Him about everything and anything, trusting that He cares for us far more than we could ever comprehend and will come through for us according to His perfect purpose.

Happy Wednesday!

  1. Amen 🙏🏾 Prayer: Lord help me to trust you at all times, whatever time and situation. Give me a revelation to assure me that you listen to me & care for me. Thank you that you can do wonderful miracles and change things for the better. Give me the grace for when circumstances don’t change & you desire to change me instead. Help me to understand it’s all working for my good.
